By accessing or using Listo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Listo provides AI-native application development, deployment, and optimization services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • MCP server generation and deployment
  • AI platform integration (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • AI-native UI design and development
  • Visibility optimization and analytics
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Interfere with the operation of our services
  • Engage in unauthorized data collection
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Listo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content that you provide to us.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as agreed in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

7. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our hosted services. Service credits may be available for downtime exceeding this threshold, as specified in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Listo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
